Andy has lived in Naples since 1965. He joined the Naples Area Board of Realtors in 1982.

Lori has been in the sales field for more than twenty years and has been a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors since 1993. Married with two children, Lori is very active in her community having chaired and worked on The Community School's Angel Ball and various other organizations.
Dedicated to go that extra mile for her customers, Lori's strengths lie in her professionalism, knowledge of the community and her uncanny ability to match properties to buyers needs. She believes that the key to success is keeping in touch with her buyers and sellers on a regular basis, learning their desires and implementing them.

Jean has been a full time resident of Southwest Florida since 1995 and is currently residing in Bonita Springs. She has been in the sales field for over 18 years and she joined the Naples Area Board of Realtors and the Bonita Board of Realtors in 1996.
Jean relocated to Bonita from Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Having been a "snowbird" for 8 years on Florida's East Coast prior to moving to Southwest Florida, she understands the special needs of the "snowbirds" and those who want to permanently relocate to the Naples area.
Specializing in Naples and Bonita Springs, she has the unique skills and market knowledge necessary to find the perfect residence to meet her clients' needs.

Don Antonacchio was born in Manhattan, N.Y. in 1954. He became a full time Naples resident in 1975. Don has been in the Real Estate brokerage business since 1987. He is a licensed real estate broker, licensed appraisal assistant, licensed mortgage broker and a gourmet cook! He has been married to his wife, Ellen, for twenty four years. Together they have a son, Reid, age twenty.
Don enjoys working with clients and imparting his valuable knowledge of Naples and its ever changing market. Clients enjoy working with Don because his communication skills identify what their goals are and make the process fluid right from the start. His great love of the history of Naples and what the future will bring is vital in aiding clients, whether they be buyers or sellers.

Elizabeth has been a resident of Naples since 1985 and prides herself on her energetic natural abilities, i.e., discreet, affable, patient and flexible. Business school educated, loyal, with great organizational and negotiating skills, she is also sensitive to the needs of discerning Neapolitans. She has been a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors since 1992. Past president of the Arthritis Association for two years, Elizabeth was also awarded the "Medal of Valor" from the Ambassador of Lithuania. She lives with two beautiful Abyssinian cats named Little Weirdo and Hermie.

Carol joined Andrea Deane & Associates as an Office Assistant in 1998. She brings to her position 30 years of experience in the business world. Originally from Traverse City Michigan, she and her husband, Roger, have lived in Naples since 1996. They have two adult children: Sheryl and Michael, and three lovely granddaughters (Sierra, Savannah and Amanda) who enjoy hiking in the Everglades with them. Carol is a volunteer secretary for the Florida Trail Association, Alligator Amblers Chapter. She also it an active Naples member of the Cool Cruisers Car Club and Faith in Action caregiver. Carol's computer and organizational skills make her an integral part of the Andrea Deane Team and the Naples community.

While visiting Florida in 1969, Ruth discovered the lovely manicured beach town of Naples, which was reminiscent of her hometown of Barrington, Illinois...only warmer. After moving here a few years later she worked in the emergency nursing field until receiving her real estate license in 1987.
It was, and is a true advantage to have seen Naples grow and be familiar with all the various options available to new home buyers. Ruth feels her strength lies in listening to her clients wishes and then doing everything possible to find the perfect home in their price range, whether that be a small condo or an estate size home.
Ruth has been very active in general sales, worked for several on-site developers and for the last six years with Andrea Deane and Associates. She is a member of the Naples Area Board or Realtors.

Teresa has been with Andrea Deane since 1981 and carries the title of Office Manager. She is however, the most key person in the office as she is the glue that holds everything together!
A native of South Carolina, Teresa has lived in Naples for over thirty years. She is a graduate of Naples High School and attended Edison College. She is married and has three wonderful children.
Teresa works overtime to assure that all the details of the business are covered so we can boast about having the ultimate Service Team.
